Artist`s Statement
This was originally exhibited at the Hexagon Theatre, Reading,
where I did a series of shows featuring actors and actresses
(which I felt appropriate for a theatre). Though this was not done from life, Maureen was kind enough to supply me with some great photographs from which to work, and I was pleased that she
reacted favourably to the finished result.
