I have completed few commissions to do with football, but I was quite pleased with this one. It was produced for auction at a special event at West Ham, to honour the late Ron Greenwood. It seemed appropriate to show the three stars of the `66 World Cup squad in their own club strip. The painting, I am pleased to say, stayed at West Ham.
